1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gv99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the gv99 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all areas of the gv99 platform, including but not limited to the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer games, crash games, promotional campaigns, customer support interactions, and all financial transactions processed through the platform.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

gv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. 1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

1.3 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and gv99. You access the platform as an independent individual user. gv99 is a provider of online entertainment services and does not act as your financial adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary.

2 Player Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to gv99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. gv99 takes its eligibility obligations seriously and will enforce them without exception.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a gv99 account, make a deposit, or place a wager. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the gv99 platform. This restriction applies regardless of local custom, parental consent, or any other consideration.

gv99 may, at any point and without advance notice, request documentary proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, if applicable, forfeiture of bonus balances.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

gv99 is operated and offered primarily for players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. gv99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited.

2.3 Sound Judgment Requirement

You must be acting in your own capacity, of sound mind, and not under duress or undue influence when using gv99. Players who are currently self-excluded from any gambling service, or who have been advised by a medical or mental health professional to avoid gambling, are not eligible to hold an active gv99 account.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gv99 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide your real name, a valid mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth when registering. Supplying false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on gv99. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, gv99 reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gv99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify gv99 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

gv99 may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. KYC documents may include a national identity card, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the time specified in the verification request will be suspended pending document submission.

• Accepted ID documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Accepted proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.
• KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and in colour wherever possible.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on gv99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gv99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit on gv99 is ৳100. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your gv99 account instantly under normal conditions. gv99 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gv99 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from wallets or bank accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may be returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

gv99 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered gv99 account. Any withdrawal request to an unverified or third-party account will be declined until appropriate verification is completed.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on gv99. The amount displayed in your account balance is the exact amount available for wagering or withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

gv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for matters specific to that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your gv99 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and the eligible game categories are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following game contributions apply to wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting markets: contribution percentage stated in the specific offer terms.
• Crash games (Blocky Block and similar titles): 50% contribution unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted unless stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gv99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing wagers to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting, and any other activity that circumvents the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Not all promotions are available to all players. Eligibility criteria (such as deposit amount, game played, or account age) are stated in individual promotion terms. gv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

gv99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on gv99.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting a software glitch, pricing error, or system vulnerability — any such anomaly must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financially motivated misuse of the platform.
• Accessing the gv99 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Impersonating another player, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with gv99.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward gv99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

6.2 Reporting Suspected Misconduct

If you become aware of any suspected misconduct, technical error, or vulnerability affecting the integrity of gv99 games or markets, you are required to report it to [email protected] promptly and to refrain from exploiting it. Players who report genuine issues in good faith will not face adverse consequences.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your gv99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the wagering requirements were already satisfied at the time of the closure request.

7.2 Closure by gv99

gv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without advance notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

gv99 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. gv99 is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

8.2 Wagering Losses

By using gv99, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gaming activity. gv99 is not liable for any wagering losses incurred by players in the course of using the platform. All bets are placed voluntarily by the player, and outcomes are governed by certified random number generators or live game mechanics supplied by licensed game studios.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data corruption that affects the outcome of a game round or the calculation of a wager, gv99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. gv99 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

8.4 Third-Party Services

gv99 relies on third-party providers for game content (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processing (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), and platform infrastructure. gv99 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or interruptions of these third-party services, except to the extent that applicable law prevents such exclusion.

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gv99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to gv99 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
